Haze weather has become a regular phenomenon
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, there has been almost normalization of haze in a large range across the country, involving 30 provinces (regions and cities), PM2.5 index "explosion table" in many cities, and the longest lasting, widest range of influence and strongest haze process in most parts of the Middle East, forming disastrous weather.
According to the analysis results of sources of atmospheric particles in haze, sulfur dioxide, nitride and inhalable particles are the main components of haze, the first two are gaseous pollutants, and particles are the main culprit of aggravating haze weather pollution. It is found that 10% ~ 20% of the particulate matter in the air comes from urban construction dust, road dust, etc. With the continuous expansion of various construction projects, to do a decent job in dust monitoring and noise management of the construction site has been the focus point of construction enterprises and government management departments. At present, relevant regulations and policies have been issued in Shanghai and other places, which explicitly require the site dust control.
